OLDEVATN CAMPING
Oldevatn Camping is set idyllically by Lake Oldevatn, surrounded by steep mountains and glaciers.
Our main focus is service and cleanliness. It’s also important for us to have activities for all ages. Some of the activities we can offer is a playground, bicycles and wateractivities free of charge, and lots of options for smaller or longer hikes.
The reception has a small selection of groceries, and serves fresh bread and rolls every morning.

Modern highstandard cabins, and a nicely leveled campsite for campers, caravans and tents.
Oldevatn Camping is located 10 minutes drive from Olden, in the direction of Briksdal.
Family business
The Sunde family created Oldevatn Camping in the late 1960’s, and have run it since. Vilhelm and Gullbjørg Sunde developed the campsite. Their son Andreas and his wife Anne ran the campsite from 2010 to 2013 before Andreas sister Cecilie took over the family business in 2016. Cecilie and Per Johnny run the campsite to the end of 2020 season. In 2021 Andreas and his wife Anne took over the campsite again.
It’s important that our guests is satisfied, so we always do our best to give the little extra for our guests.
